Coats, jackets, hats and scarves (1994 - 2014)…


Back in 1993, when we were just beginning our experiments with knitwear, I drew sketches of coats and hats:










None of the sketches were realized. The sketches remained in the desk...


Later on, when we’ve thoroughly focused on knitwear, we mostly made dresses. Sometimes sweaters. And very rarely coats, jackets, hats and scarves...























Some of the coats and jackets were fitted with a novel kind of knit fastener (invented by Alexandra in 1994), which is capable of running along the line of any curvature and camouflaged among the decor:
